Team/division description

Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarters, the Business Development team is a dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders [end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (TME), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers].

Your projects

• Warranty data are a real treasure and there are many stakeholders who require reports. Today many reports are existing but an overall framework is not finalised yet. You will analyse the current condition on a report and overall. After that you define the framework and then execute the steps to bring all the reports inside the conditions of the defined framework.
• Additionally you will be working very closely with our permanent team members and members from other related divisions to progress digitalisation projects to make our operations more efficient. Typically, such projects start with getting an understanding of the current processes, analyse and suggest improvement areas before proposing and implementing IT solutions. You will take the full ownership on what could be done (as a first step) via “Power” tools (BI, Query, Automate) and/or Python. If it would require a more strategic approach and structural IT project, you will perform feasibility study and if judged as OK, prepare the future detailed user requirements (DUR).

Overall, you will be part of a team of data, reporting and automation enthusiasts.

Your profile

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are process driven
• You have an interest in Data and Data Science
• You have some experience in Python programming, Large Language Models and agentic workflows (Python, Langchain, Langgraph, Streamlit… )
• You can develop Microsoft Power Automate flows, Power Apps and Power BI reports
• You are proficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio, …)
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
• You are able to present data in a clear and logical way
• You are objective and fact-driven and have a creative & innovative mindset
