Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

Toyota sales performance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Performance Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our performance team.

 

Your project

  • You extract and analyze data to support performance initiatives and help improve business tools.
  • You review key reports and sales KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • You coordinate team touchpoints and help ensure clear and effective communication across stakeholders.
  • You perform performance and competitor analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • You prepare reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You support the day-to-day performance follow-up, helping ensure activities remain aligned with business objectives and performance targets.

 

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and enjoy using it to analyze data and create insightful reports.
  • You are familiar with Power BI and can use data visualizations to uncover and communicate key insights.
  • You have strong organizational and coordination skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
  • You can work independently, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and take a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • You are comfortable interpreting data and turning it into meaningful business insights.
  • You have strong visualization skills and can create clear, engaging, and impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • You are an analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • You have an interest in the automotive industry; previous knowledge or experience is a plus.

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
