Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

The Lexus Launch & Experience Management team is responsible for planning and orchestrating vehicle launches across Europe, ensuring consistent, premium customer experiences and strong market impact across all National Marketing & Sales Companies (NMSCs).

 

Your project

  • Support coordination and execution of pan-European vehicle launch activities
  • Assist in tracking timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, minutes and action tracking
  • Support development and rollout of marketing assets and activation materials
  • Consolidate market inputs and support campaign follow-up
  • Assist in organisation and execution of events (press, retailer, brand experiences)
  • Coordinate logistics (travel, accommodation, registrations, shipments)
  • Support administrative follow-up and operational tasks

Your Profile

  • Student (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing, Business or Communication
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, structured and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are an asset)

  •  September 2026

  •  6 months

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
