Team/division description
About the team:
The newly created division FLEET STRATEGY AND SELLING POWER (FSSP) is part of the larger SALES STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE DIVISION at Toyota Motor Europe.
About FSSP’s role:
Fleet is a growing segment in today’s automotive market. With the rise of usership models for both private customers (B2C) and businesses (B2B), it represents a significant growth opportunity for Toyota across Europe.
The role of the Fleet Strategy & Selling Power Division is to define and implement a clear strategic vision to strengthen Toyota’s performance in this area. Acting as an enabler, the division connects internal TME functions, National Marketing & Sales Companies (NMSCs), and financial partners to ensure a consistent and aligned fleet approach across markets.
Fleet activation relies on both direct sales to large customers and the structured activation of the retailer network towards SMEs. In both cases, the customer proposition is built around Vehicle Lifetime Value (VLV) and the full integration of financial products and services.
A key focus of the division is to ensure strong coordination with financial partners (TFS and KINTO), enabling the integration of value chain products such as maintenance, insurance, and warranty into a complete and competitive fleet offer.
