At Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels, you will support the Vehicle Safety team in improving crash simulation processes through automation and innovative CAE methods. Vehicle Performance Engineering division (VPE) is part of Research and Development group at Toyota Motor Europe Technical Center in Zaventem, Belgium. Our division is in charge of:
Vehicle Safety team takes care of development and evaluation of Passive Safety performances of vehicles.
Supporting Toyota’s strong commitment to safety, we strive to guarantee compliance to all legal (EC Regulations), as well as other (real life safety, consumer ratings etc.) requirements covering Interior Safety, Protection of Pedestrians, Child Protection and crash performance of EU models.
Your project
You will support the crash safety team in improving the efficiency of its current development process of the entire vehicle body structure. Using innovative ideas and automation skills, you will reduce the time needed to run the crash CAE simulations and processing the results.
