Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

As part of TME R&D organization, the Powertrain Division is responsible for local development of powertrains for vehicles built in one of the TME production plants, and for planning and research of new European technologies. Latest focus points include electrification, big data and connectivity.

 

Your project

 

You will be joining the Powertrain Testing Department, responsible for the development of a Test Request tool allowing Requesters to seamlessly complete and submit their request to the Technician team. You will oversee this project in co-operation with all teams inside/ outside powertrain division.

  • Further develop the Test Request tool within O365 environment with specific testing features needed for the 4 Technician Functions
  • Develop automatic reporting solutions from the Chassis Dyno Testing environment system within O365 environment.
  • Prepare PT Testing centralised Facility and Equipment knowledge SPO incl all Procedures/ Manuals

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • University student with at least 2 years of study already completed.
  • You have a European EEA citizenship.  (not requiring a visa to work in Belgium)
  • You must be a student for the entire duration of the internship
  • Open personality and able to work independently in a multi-cultural business environment.
  • Scripting languages: Visual Basic, C#, Python, MatLab, Json, YAML
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Powerapps..)

  •  At latest 18/05/2026

Duration

  •  6 months

Confidentiality

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
