Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarter, the Quality Planning team is a dynamic, multicultural team responsible for Toyota’s Pan-European quality strategy, Quality Mindset promotion & trainings as well as operating corporate quality meetings and the quality standards system. For these activities, the team is closely collaborating with other departments in Quality Function as well as other divisions.

 

Your project

 

    • You will gain an understanding how Quality as a mindset is being promoted and fostered
    • You will support in the execution of the Fiscal Year 2025 Quality Month and Re-Start Day company wide initiative
    • You will update and further develop our Company wide communication platform for above initiative
    • Lastly, you will also have the opportunity and responsibility to establish a Functional and Divisional standardised SharePoint and Teams environment from a multi-dimensional viewpoint of Member, (Senior) Manager and Leadership (Head of) (Vice President) team
      • Demonstrate your creativity by injecting & implementing ideas to enhance the event as well the visitor experience to our communication platforms
      • Support the team by developing inspiring and engaging materials to allow clear and consistent communication of the Toyota Quality values

 

Your Profile

 

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You are a bachelor or master student at university or comparable, studies related to Marketing, Communication or Information Technologies are a plus
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are a team player with good communication skills and are able to present data in a clear and logical way
  • You are objective and fact-driven and have a creative & innovative mindset
  • You are organized and have a proactive attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate), visual editing / creation and video editing would be a plus
  • Experience of agile project management and the role of Project Owners are an asset
  • You are self-motivated to take initiative, energetic, persevering, and have an open & positive attitude combined with a creative mindset

  •  6 months

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
