Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

Toyota sales performance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Performance Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our performance team.

 

Your project

  • Involved in the day-to-day performance follow-up, ensuring all activities align with our performance goals.
  • Analysing main reports and sales KPIs to provide actionable insights.
  • Supporting the coordination of monthly planning milestones and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Organizing main touchpoints and facilitating effective communication within the team.
  • Assisting in the coordination, summarization, and creation of Excel document, PowerPoint presentation.
  • Extracting and analysing data to support various performance initiatives and investigations
  • Conducting competitor investigation and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Preparing reports and ad-hoc documents as needed.

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report creation.
  • Familiarity with Power BI reports for data visualization and insights.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Nice visualization skills for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
