As a member of the Talent Management team, you will play an important role in the further growth of TME and unleashing people’s and the organization’s potential. The Talent Management team leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework, P&I policy design and governance and acts as a central leader of cross company P&I initiatives.

You will work closely with 2 Senior Specialists, report into the Senior Manager and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.

We are looking for an intern who can support us in: 

• Developing an elearning module on our career and development processes: preparing training content, converting into elearning, …

• Reviewing our survey strategy: which surveys do we have in place (e.g. for newcomers, leavers, international assignees, …), where do we have a gap, how do we use the data, …
• Analysing the data from the surveys already in place (trends? issues?) and proposing countermeasures/improvements to the process owners
• Reflecting on existing processes like internal job posting for our warehouse population and proposing countermeasures/improvements
• Setting up a coaching programme for employees based on self-nomination 

• Developing/rolling out a methodology to assess the level of Toyota Way application in the business and proposing/developing countermeasures
• Improving/digitalizing our talent forums  
• Strengthening our internal communication to employees/managers

• Fluent in English (TME’s business language) 
• Ideally final year of Master degree in HR, business, economics, IT, …

• Ideally some previous internship experience
• Interest in human resources, people development, digitalisation, data analytics
• Strong analytical skills: able to analyze data and generate insights to support HR initiatives
• Strong MS Office skills (excel, powerpoint, word) for data analysis, reporting and presentations

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Creative thinker and eager to find solutions

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
