As a member of the Talent Management team, you will play an important role in the further growth of TME and unleashing people’s and the organization’s potential. The Talent Management team leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework, P&I policy design and governance and acts as a central leader of cross company P&I initiatives.
You will work closely with 2 Senior Specialists, report into the Senior Manager and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.
