Your team and your responsibilities

The mission of the HR Business Partnering (BP) team is to:

  • Provide strategic organisation & development support to TME management and Pan European Affiliate HR teams
  • Drive the People & Innovation (P&I) Agenda in the business and bring business needs on the P&I agenda (understand business needs to unleash the potential of all employees)
  • Be the key contacts of employees for career, development, and individual issues

This position reports to the HR Manager leading the BP Planning team and projects.

 

Your project

  • You will gain the experience in implementation of HR processes & policies meeting the business needs
  • You will have a chance to support Business Partners in simplification, standardization and automation of their daily operations
  • You will have an opportunity to develop the training programs and interactive workshops to advance the knowledge and skills of Business Partners
  • You will develop your project management and collaboration skills while working together with business partners and other P&I (People & Innovation) colleagues

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's studies in HR, Business, Economics, Sociology, Organization or Psychology
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You have good knowledge/experience in project management
  • Digitally minded and skilled
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative thinker and eager to find solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship and work with different levels in the organisation
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
