For this internship, you'll be part of the new Gazoo Racing team, and will support their business planning for 6 months, with the chance to be present for races!

Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

Newly created Gazoo Racing business planning team is responsible to develop sustainable business model with integration of GR motorsports into mass market activities on Pan-E basis. To protect Motorsports gemba and contribute to "Ever-better car".

 

Your project

 

  • Support the Head Of and the team to collaborate with wide range of stakeholders, such as TME related functions incl.
  • Mapping and Visualising Motorsports activities to support decision making to Protect the Motorsports Gemba.

Activities necessary to conduct:

- Scheduling/meeting arrangement

- Documentation (incl. ENG-JPN translation)

- Purchase Order/Payment process/Expense claim, etc.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You are fluent in Japanese at a native or business level. (For communication with TMC)
  • You have some good competency for
    • Communication with external stakeholders (Toyota group companies, NMSC, Partners, DLRs)
    • Materials preparation for working level
  • You have good skills
    • Open mindset
    • Ready to take ownership of your tasks
    • Communication to build up the consensus and making simple and clear strategic report
    • Flexibility of tasks
    • Analytical & organizational skills

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
