Team/division description
The Strategic Planning team is part of the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability function at TME.
It acts as a strategic business partner providing support for TME Corporate functions to develop their short- and long term strategy in view of the company’s transformation to a mobility company. The team is responsible for putting in place a robust governance framework to ensure smooth execution of the strategy whilst monitoring progress on a regular basis with all internal stakeholders involved.
In this role, the team coordinates cross functional activities, maximising synergies between the teams and driving overall employee engagement. Last but not least, it coordinates the people and organisational growth development within the function by establishing a training framework and creating a culture where everyone can be their true authentic selves.
