Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

Acting upon the Voice of the Customer (VoC) is a strategic priority within the company that is driven by the VoC team, embedded in Sales and Marketing & Customer Experience (CX), supporting both the Toyota and Lexus Brands. The team is responsible for gathering feedback from customers from various sources and reporting to the business. The team also supports all National Marketing and Sales Companies through the region in their VoC activities in the markets.

 

Your project

 

You will be supporting the team in the roll-out of the new TME's markets (EU+) platform by:

  • Supporting the “IT and Data workstream” project manager in the development, set-up and maintenance activities with internal stakeholders and market counterparts
  • Provide structured follow-up of action points
  • User testing new VoC platform in market ‘set-ups’
  • Being the contact person for ‘hyper care’ period in markets sorting and identifying the correct responsible.

Your Profile

  • You are currently in your last year of Master studies in Economics, IT and/or Management Engineering background
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) - other European languages are a plus
  • You have good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation in English
  • You are a quick learner who is able to work independently upon receipt of clear instructions
  • Pro-active, results-driven and with a strong determination to deliver
  • Able to work with people from various backgrounds and business areas
  • A team-player with a people focused mindset and positive energy
  • You are familiar with IT terms, agile work methods and comfortable with MS Excel

  •  6 months

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
