Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

The position will support the Mobility business operations for asset-based services, preparing markets for the configuration of the platform during the service launch phase, provide support for services enhancement and cooperate to the training process of the Markets to be autonomous in running the business.

 

Your project

  • Support with the roll-out of asset-based services.
  • Create a complete and holistic understanding of the solution being implemented in the Market for Digital Rent, Car-Sharing and Subscriptions:
    • Front Office, Back Office, App, Fleet Worker App
    • Map the gaps of solution with those expected for the Kinto Share strategy.
  • Deploy the documentation in support of the solution so that KEU can transfer knowledge.
  • Kaizen the product/solution training process
  • Support with the creation of a SWAT team strategy and business case to support the roll out process in other markets.
  • Document the needs and capabilities needed in other markets to roll-out similar operations

Your Profile

  • You have completed or are in your last year of Master studies in international business, economics &/or management
  • You have a personal strong interest in mobility and the automotive business operations
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), both speaking and writing
  • Working in a multicultural setting, you are a team-player in a fast paced and agile international environment
  • Results driven with a proactive attitude, following the process and strict deadlines
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Open to traveling, and working abroad on specific meeting requirements

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
