Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

Within Value Chain – our Aftersales Department – and as part of Service Parts Business division, the Collision & Parts Channel management department is Toyota Motor Europe’s dedicated team to implement our Collision repair strategy by managing our genuine automotive parts & services offer.

 

Our team’s primary purpose is to deliver TME’s repair business ambition and provide the right repair to our customers. To achieve the right repair, we manage our partnerships and service parts line-up to provide our Body & Paint shops repairers network across EU with the right spare parts at the right quality and price.

 

Your project

  • The Collision & Parts Channel management team is looking for an intern to support our service parts line-up and partnerships development, by participating in multiple potential projects:
  • B&P Service Parts opportunity in Trade channel: sales & trends data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities
  • B&P consumables: investigation in the opportunity and development of our product line-up, including technical specs, pricing and supply options
  • B&P chemicals line-up: creation of an action plan, including Parts & Chemicals technical specs, pricing and supply measures
  • B&P Green/Reman parts: investigation and development of our Parts Circular Economy initiatives to develop our Carbon Neutral Toyota & Lexus Collision repair strategy

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language), other language skills are a plus
  • You have interest in the automotive sector in general and in particular for the Service Parts business
  • You are self-motivated, organised, data oriented with an eye for detail.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Office 365 package (in particular Excel, PowerBi is a plus)
  • Customer centricity is close to your heart
  • You wish to develop and you are ready to persevere in order to reach your targets.
  • You seek facts before making recommendations or decisions
  • You have strong planning and organization skills
  • You enjoy working in a team, respecting others
  • You have a creative mind
  • You have excellent communication skills

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
