Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

In Connected Technologies, you drive the transition of Toyota to a mobility company by offering an integrated proposition of Multimedia and Connectivity experiences.

 

Your project

 

You oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for the development of in-car multimedia systems, mobile applications, and backend platforms:

 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, testing, and business) to ensure successful delivery of software products.

• Manage project timelines and milestones.
• Lead communication between stakeholders (internal teams, third-party vendors, and senior management) to align on project goals and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements, particularly in automotive and connected technologies.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues in the development process.
• Track project performance and report on key metrics, ensuring project goals are met within scope, time.
• Promote continuous improvement in development methodologies and tools to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration.

 

Your Profile

• Fluent in English (TME business language)
• Experience in Automotive environment is a strong plus
• Problem solving approach with strong analytical
• Ability to navigate in a fast changing environment
• Persistent, stress resistant & hard worker
• Previous working experience is a plus
• Comfortable to use OFFICE 360 (Excel & Power point)
• Deep customer understanding / affinity
• Master student or in the process of obtaining a business or engineering degree

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
