Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

           

As a Business Planning Intern, you will support the team in daily activities related to event preparation, managing strategy review meetings, overall governance between Sales & Sales Business Transformation division. This role offers the exciting opportunity to engage in international events and collaborate with various markets. As part of the team, you will be focusing on:

 

Your project

 

Internal and External Events Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops, both locally and internationally.
  • Support the event team in logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Help with the creation and distribution of event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including registration, set-up, and tear-down.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from event participants to improve future events.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, to support the event team.

 

Planning & coordination of strategy review meeting for each market

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of activities related to the strategy review meetings among all the markets.
  • Support logistical arrangements such as scheduling meetings, organizing catering, and preparing materials.
  • Help with the creation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, catering, and maintaining records.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the strategy review meetings.

 

You will also be expected to:

  • Create presentation materials for executive reports
  • Structure our strategy & documentation
  • Provide project management support on some individual projects
  • Provide administrative support where necessary

Your Profile

  • You are currently in your last year of Master studies in business administration, economics &/or marketing
  • You have a personal strong interest in automotive business
  • You are fluent in English (TME business language) both in writing and in oral
  • Multicultural, proactive and willing to be a team-player in a fast-paced and agile international environment
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Agile attitude, customer-first mindset, and a breaking silos approach
  • Result-driven
  • Well-organized, following the process and strict deadlines
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Open to traveling, and working abroad during international events

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
