You will be part of Operations Control Division, Health, Safety & HRD department.

Your project

As Intern in the HS-HRD team, you will support developing and implementing the member development strategy for overall Supply Chain (Project management, Production Planning, Production parts-, Vehicle- and service parts logistics).   In this role you will :

• Support the management team to build the vision and roadmap to develop our members to become Supply Chain Professionals from onboarding through graduate program and their further career
• Propose the structure to assess member development needs, deploy trainings and evaluate progress
• Grasp current available training material across the divisions & seek good practice within Toyota
• Work together with the project team of divisional champions that grasp what skills are required and jointly build effective training content that can be commonly used by the divisions

• Support in creating a consistent and sustainable approach amongst all Supply Chain Divisions

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to guide strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and ideas effectively.
• Proactive approach in identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
