Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

 

You will join the Lexus Europe division, in the Lexus Network Team. Primary role of the network team is to secure a solid Network foundation with customer centric facilities, tools and programs to deliver the Lexus experience and generate a sustainable business.

 

Your project

We are looking for a network development intern that will:

  • Contribute to the implementation of a new Customer interaction process (Content-on-Demand Application) across the European Network. Secure the in-store experience seamlessly integrates with the omni-channel Customer journey.
  • Strategic development to increase network agility, keeping best in class customer experience. Analyse digital and physical point of sale solutions to support the strategy, ensure not only retail concept but also processes fits to luxury customers expectations
  • Contribute to report automation progress (including power BI visualisation)
  • Actively contribute to the transition of our Lexus Network into a Mobility and Service provider.
  • Support the delivery of regional and/or pan-European Network events and webinars.

Your Profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You have good knowledge/experience of digital tools
  • You have strong team working and interpersonal skills
  • You have good organisational skills combined with a strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You are proficient in Office 365
  • You have strong project management skills and don’t shy away to initiate and lead a project
  • You are able to cope with changes and are able to manage multiple tasks
  • You can work autonomously, yet also have a proactive reporting mind-set

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
